Baddu-Beetles take their name from the Baddu-Bak Plains of Kakhabad where they first encountered. Growing up to four metres long the Baddu-Beetle is a ferocious predator and difficult to defeat. Solitary by nature, the Baddu-Beetle buries itself in the earth and awaits the tell-tale vibrations of prey passing by. With lightening speed the Baddu-Beetle emerges from its burrow and grab at their prey wih huge serrated claws. Slain prey will be dragged down into the burrow to be slowly digested.
Once out of its burrow a Baddu-Beetle can be fought normally. However, for every wound it suffers the Baddu-Beetle will spit acidic stomach juice at its opponent. On a roll of 1-4 on one die, it will hit and sear away 2 stamina points.
