The Black Tower, sometimes referred to as the Citadel of Chaos, is the abode of the rulers of the Kingdom of Craggen Rock. The wine cellar is run by a Black Elf, with the red wine being excellent, the rose wine potentially containing Truth Serum and the white wine reputed to be awful. In the Great Hall of the Black Tower are paintings of the various Lords and Earls prominent in the history of the Kingdom of Craggen Rock. These are set around a large dining table at the head of which is a portrait of Balthus Dire.
