The Blacksand Public Gardens are in the Garden District of Port Blacksand.

They were started by Baron Illios Valentis as the first step towards a country estate in the middle of the city. His plans were cut short by Lord Varek Azzur who uses the garden to house a fine collection of rare plants from around Titan (a passion no doubt picked up in Arion). At the centre of the park are four examples of the incredibly rare Black Lotus, guarded by the Leaf Beasts. The entrance fee is 1 GP although you enter at your own risk.^[1]
