The Cabal of the Werewolf is a secret society thought to be besed in Blackhaven. Its members bear "the Werewolf's Mark". It is believed to have connection with a powerful clique of Brician nobles who are hell-bent of starting a second War of the Four Kingdoms, including Karam Gruul. Matra Ouspenskaya claims she was a former member, and then a victim of this organization.[1]
