Death Skull were a type of malicious undead.
Description[]
A death skull took the form of a black skull with glowing red eyes and a blood spattered jaw. The appearance of a death skull could cause a debilitating fear to run through their opponents.
Origins and Distribution[]
Death skulls were typically found in the Lands of the Dead within The Pit, but were sometimes summoned to the mortal world by spellcasters.
The people of the Isle of Despair and of the Island of Scars seemed to believe them to be capable of judging the dead, and would as such leave them to guard any burial grounds of theirs.[1]
