It is of course likely that this reference to Dracula is a joke by the artist (John Blanche) who drew the picture on which these graffiti appear, and was not intended to be taken seriously. However, given the association of Vampires with the Old World, and the appearance of names of a Slavic nature in Mauristatia, just to the west of Kakhabad, it is not impossible to imagine that a Vampire of the name Dracula could exist (or have existed) in the area.
