Eltan is a tailor who has a shop situated on Shipwright's Lane in Port Blacksand.

The oldest and best cloth maker and outfitter in the city. The shop is actually run by Eltan's two sons Oltan and Ultan, and he has retired somewhere else. The clothes are expensive but last a lifetime. The brothers live above the shop with their wives and seven children.
