Amentut was the Vizier of Akharis, so loyal to the cruel tyrant that he was undertaken alive with his master so that he could continue serving him in the afterlife.
When Akharis returned from death, Amentut also became an undead able to absorb the lifeforce of living people, causing an accelerated ageing.[1]
