Flanker is a tall assassin and thief who plies his deadly trade in the Shamutanti Hills and Kharé in Kakhabad.[1]
Dressed in black with his face veiled, Flanker picks on unsuspecting wayfarers "for combat practice".[2] He fights with a scimitar (skill 8 stamina 6), and although he is a ruthless killer he can be ingratiating and friendly to those who have bested him.[3] Flanker claims to be a friend of Lortag the Elder in Kharé,[4] and can, from time to time, be seen in such nefarious haunts as The Wayfarer's Rest and the Gambling Halls of Vlada in the city.[5]
