Foreign Fighting Fantasy Series deals with publication of the series outside the UK.

The Fighting Fantasy gamebooks have been translated into many different languages and published in a number of different countries. Some of the associated series, such as Sorcery! have also been published in locations foreign to the United Kingdom.

Fighting Fantasy GamebooksEdit

The 25th Anniversary Edition of The Warlock of Firetop Mountain stated that Fighting Fantasy had been published in 24 countries.[1] It then went on to name the countries in the "Foreign and Foreign Language Editions" section.[2] Interestingly, it named 26 countries in this section as initially the early gamebooks of the range were published in Australia and Canada before later simply taking exported stock from the UK.

Notably, New Zealand was missed from the list, but this will have been because the country would have been treated as the same market as Australia.

In further addition to the countries listed in 25th Anniversary Edition of The Warlock of Firetop Mountain was the following, which was listed in the Warlock Issue 4:

Additionally, Demian's Gamebook Web Page mentions:
