The Giant Spitting Spider was one of many species of giant spider that dwelt within the Forest of Night.
Description[]
They had yellow spots upon their body, and red legs.
Spitting spiders, as their name implied, were able to expel a jet of webbing at victims, before leaping down to paralyze them and hang them from a tree for later.
If badly hurt or if their webbing missed, spitting spiders would often turn tail and flee.
