Hever was the lord of Fallow Dale at the end of the third century AC in north-east Khul.[1]
Description[]
It was his proud boast that the fortifications of his castle were purely for external enemies, with the villages of the Dale living at peace with one another. Hever aided the Monarch of Arion in the quest to kill Morgana by giving the Monarch his family's famous horn, known as the Horn of Hever.
In his halls, Hever was renowned for his hospitality and feasts, where all manner of race met and made merry. Among his guests had been included elves, dwarves, bird men and giants, all rubbing shoulders with one another and the men of the castle.
