Igiul was one member of rogue partnership based in Arion.[1]
His partner in crime was Oiram. Oiram and Igrul were said to have passed themselves off as two wealthy "plumbers", but this was simply a façade, and their underworld dealings were well documented.

- "Igiul" is "Luigi" backwards, Luigi being one of the two plumbers from the Nintendo computer games.[2]
