Island of Secrets is the third in the Starlight Adventures series of gamebooks and was written by Kim Jordan, illustrated by Peter Wilks and published by Puffin Books in 1985 (ISBN 0-14-031892-5) under the Adventure Gamebooks banner which also covered the more popular Fighting Fantasy and the related Sorcery! series, as well as the Cretan Chronicles and the one-off Shakespearean-era role-playing game Maelstrom.

Could it be the gorgeous windsurfer, Panos Pavlides? Could it be the mysterious Englishman, Garth Craigmillar? Or could it be someone infinitely more dangerous?
The answers are hidden somewhere in this whirling adventure of mystery and romance. All YOU have to do is make the choices, decide where you go and which clues to follow. And if you're lucky - or very clever - you might just win through!
