Lord of the Suns and the Ways

The Lord of the Suns and the Ways is the being to whom the warrior-savant of the Northern Nomads of Khul is a servant.

It is believed the title refers to a deity. Some scholars have suggested an equivalent of Atlan, lord of all messengers. Others have suggested perhaps Assamarra, god of the Desert and son of Glantanka. Some have even suggested that the title refers to Glantanka herself in a male personification. What is interesting is the title referring to "the Suns", plural. This may well link the nomads, known by some as Dervishes, to the dervishes of the Twin Sun Desert.
