Non-canon extrapolation!!!: This article contains a substantial amount of extrapolated non-canon material that has been merged with canon material. In order that readers are aware of what is canon and what is not, this article needs to be edited so that canon is separated from non-canon in a clear way. Consider starting, or adding to, the Lowa Ashfell/Theories article to store non-canon material that attempts to answer unanswered questions about this article's subject through the use of extrapolation of known facts.
Lowa was the most vigorous protagonist of the extension of Buruna's power. Being descended from Klarash Silverhair (although not through the eldest line) Lowa, like many of his fathers before him, felt that Buruna was the true seat of Klarashian power. Given that their line had not failed there was a belief that the throne should be restored to Buruna and that Klarash should be restored. His dreams came to an end at the ending of the siege of Amarkisk in 227AC.
