From Titannica

Welcome to the Titannica Wiki! Titannica was founded with the aim of becoming the most definitive, comprehensive and accessible repository of information relating to the Fighting Fantasy series of gamebooks and the worlds in which the series was set. It is a collaborative project and anyone can edit any article within this wiki database. Titannica was started in November 2007.

We are currently editing over 4,512 articles!

All pages can be edited and you are welcome to join us and contribute to this wiki. Everyone is free to create a new page or edit an existing one.

Recent News

19th December 2007: Join or start a Titannica Wiki Project!

19th December 2007: We've got lots of articles, but we could do with more images! To upload images, visit Special:Upload - add to pages using [[Image:Filename.jpg|thumb|Caption]]

17th December 2007: Titannica Wiki begins. The scratchpad wiki graduates to full wikia status.

21st November 2007: Titannica is started in earnest on the Scratchpad Wiki site

Getting Started

Not sure where to start?

If you are new to wikis, you may want to read the tutorial on the Central Wikia.
There is some advice on getting this wiki started at Help:Starting this wiki.
A list of all help pages can be found in Category:Help.

Adding content

If you want to help but you're not sure where to start, try improving the various stub articles by expanding them
Alternatively, browse through the existing articles and if you find anything missing that you know about then add it, or if you find mistakes then have a go at fixing them. Also, red links denote a link to a page that does not exist yet. Why not start there?
Another helpful activity would be to check the list of wanted pages for frequently linked-to articles that don't exist yet.
Uploading illustrations or other images Illustrations is another really easy way to help out - see the Special:Upload page!
You can find a list of useful templates on Category:Templates, some of which are documented on Titannica Wiki Formatting.

We are in our infancy but very soon we will be adding a Titannica Wiki:Community Portal for more! Don't forget to stop by the forum and/or the Community Portal talk page.
There are also some excellent well established forums out there, like Titan Rebuilding.
