The N'yadach are a race of subterranean humanoids.[1]
Origins and Distribution[]
In the past, the N'yadach ruled a vast underground empire, and often fought wars against the Dwarves. Initially, because of their combat prowess and use of dark sorcery, the N'yadach won the battles. However, the superior armies and artillery of the Dwarves, coupled with a revolt of the N'yadach's Skorn slaves, meant the Dwarves were ultimately victorious. [1]
Since their defeat, the power of the N'yadach has been in decline. They have lost the knowledge of their past language and civilisation. The combination of the species' brutal existence and low birthrate means that the N'yadach are slowly dying out. [1] N'yadach have been encountered in Allansia and Khul. [2]
Description[]
A N'yadach is a grey-furred humanoid the size of a human, with a wolf-like face and black hair. They dwell in small groups underground. They carry clubs and wear scraps of metal armour (if using the AFF rules, this is Monster Medium Armour).[1][3]
