Penkhull is a small village north of Blackhaven on the Gallantarian side of the Brician border.[1]
It was overrun by the Fogwalker slaves of Karam Gruul during his return to power, and was chosen as the site for aspiring members of the Eternal Fraternity of the Rosy Chalice to go in order to advance to the Inner Order. Its current condition is unknown.
