Personalise Spell

Personalise Spell is a spell modification.

There are many spells used within Titan's magical community and when magic users are apprentices they will earn the basic form of those spells. Personalisation of a spell, in itself a magical feat, enables the user to tailor a particular spell for the needs or for their image. For instance a Fire Bolt may be cast in the shape of a flying sword instead of the bolt. This is a Rating 1 spell. This is also a Priest Spell.
