The Mermaid tavern is found on Weaver Street in the Harbour District of Port Blacksand.

This is a busy alehouse and has a secret entrance to the sewers and therefore ruins of Carsepolis. For 20 GP, the landlord, Larny Rognar, will allow adventurers down into the depths. It is of average quality.
