Creation
Edit
David Holt explained later in 2009 that:
“ Originally I was asked to produce a newsletter for the official website and in my enthusiasm let it grow far to[o] big and therefore it wasn't much of a community collaboration.[2] ”
Disappearance
Edit
While a first issue was published at Fightingfantasygamebooks.com in the September of 2003, no further issues have been published, although some pages of a second issue have been seen.
“ As fans have no doubt discovered creating a monumental object like this can take months even together and later editions I created were never published due to a serious illness.[2] ”
